250 gram daging sapi has dalam, iris tipis melintang
3 sendok makan minyak sayur
1 siung bawang putih, cincang
1 sendok makan bumbu kari merah
200 cc santan
2 sendok teh kecap ikan
1 sendok teh gula palem
200 gram jagung muda
75 gram jamur merang, belah jadi 2
20 lembar daun kemangi

Panaskan minyak sayur, lalu masukkan daging sapi sedikit-sedikit, masak hingga daging berubah warna, angkat, tiriskan, sisihkan.
Panaskan sisa minyak sayur, masukkan bawang putih, tumis hingga harum, lalu masukkan bumbu kari merah, aduk rata, tumis kembali hingga harum.
Masukkan santan, kecap ikan, dan gula palem, aduk rata, masak hingga mendidih, lalu masukkan daging sapi tadi, aduk rata, masak hingga mendidih kembali.
Tambahkan jagung muda dan jamur merang, aduk rata, masak hingga matang seluruhnya, lalu taburi dengan daun kemangi di atasnya, angkat, sajikan.
