10 buah bakso ikan
2 buah tahu goreng, potong-potong
350 gram lobak, potong-potong
500 gram kentang, potong-potong
250 gram wortel, potong-potong
5 butir telur puyuh, rebus, kupas kulitnya
10 potong sayap ayam
1 1/2 liter air
50 cc kecap kikkoman
2 sendok teh gula pasir
3 sendok makan mirin
3 sendok makan sake

Cara membuat
Campur air, kecap kikoman, gula, mirin, dan sake, aduk hingga rata, lalu masak hingga mendidih.
Masukkan bakso ikan, tahu goreng, lobak, kentang, wortel, telur puyuh rebus, dan sayap ayam, tutup, masak hingga matang, angkat.
Biasanya oden disajikan bersama-sama dengan saus cabai botol
