Bahan-Bahan: [Ingredients]

- 1 cup chicken
- 1 tablespoon garlic
- 1/2 cup onion
- 2-3 green chillies
- 1/2 cup spring onion
- 1 tablespoon cashewnut
- 1 tablespoon corn flour
- 1 egg
- sugar
- salt
- few drops of vinegar
- 3 tablespoon tomato Sauce
- soya sauce
- oil for deep frying

Cara Memasak: [Cooking Instruction]

- Mix the chicken with little salt, egg, and corn flour.

- Deep-fry it in oil one by one.

- When it turns golden brown in colour, drain and remove.

- Heat oil in a pan and add chopped garlic, chopped onions, green chilly and cashew nuts and sauté well till the onions turn brown.

- Add salt, sugar and vinegar.

- Add soya sauce, tomato sauce with a teaspoon of water.

- When the sauce is cooked, add the fried chicken and spring onions.
