1 Pound Steak -- sliced
1/2 Cup Beef Broth
1/3 Cup Soy Sauce
1 Tablespoon Sugar
2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
2 Stalks Celery -- chopped
4 Green Onion -- chopped
1 Pound Mushrooms -- sliced
8 Ounces Bamboo Shoots -- sliced
4 Cups Spinach -- torn
Cooked Rice
Cara Memasak: [Cooking Instruction]
- Combine broth, soy sauce and sugar, set aside.
Saute celery and green onions in oil.
- Push vegetable to side, add mushrooms and bamboo shoots.
- Add meat, fry until done. Add broth mixture, Add spinache until it wilts.
- Serve immediately over rice.
