Bahan-Bahan :
500 gram terigu
250 gram margarine
1 sendok teh garam
1 butir telur, kocok lepas
5 sendok makan air es
Bahan Isi (campur rata):
300 gram tuna kalengan
50 gram acar timun, cincang
200 gram wortel, potong dadu, rebus
2 sendok makan mayonaise

Cara Mengolah :
1 .Campur terigu, margarin, garam pakai pisau hingga adonan berserpih.
2. Masukkan telur, aduk rata.
3. Tuangi air es sedikit demi sedikit, sambil diaduk hingga adonan lembut tapi tidak elastis.
4. Bungkus adonan dalam plastik dan dinginkan 2-3 jam.
5. Tipiskan adonan di atas meja yang sudah ditaburi terigu.
6. Ratakan adonan dalam cetakan pai ber-diameter 20 cm.
7. Tuang isi, ratakan.
8. Tutup dengan sisa adonan kulit.
9. Panggang dalam oven suhu 180 derajat celsius selama sejam hingga matang. Angkat.
