Bahan-Bahan: [Ingredients]

1 buku roti ( buku dipotong dua, lagi dicarik-carik) - bahan kulit
2 cawan minyak - bahan kulit
4-5 biji telur (dipukul) - bahan kulit
2 sudu besar rempah kari - bahan inti
1 labu bawang besar (dicincang) - bahan inti
5 ulas bawang merah (dikisar) - bahan inti
3 ulas bawang putih (dikisar halus) - bahan inti
2 cm halia (dikisar halus) - bahan inti
10 ekor sotong (bersihkan sotong cabut kepalanya jangan potong) - bahan inti
1 sudu kecil gula dan garam - bahan inti
5 ekor sotong (dicincang) - bahan inti

Cara Memasak: [Cooking Instruction]

- Campurkan rempah dengan bahan kisar, garam dan gula.

- Masukkan bawang besar, roti carik dan sotong cincang.

- Gaul sebati kemudian sumbat ke dalam sotong.

- Balut tengah-tengah badan sotong dengan setengah keping roti tadi.

- Apabila selesai membalut, celup sotong dalam telur dan goreng hingga kekuningan angkat serta toskan minyaknya.
