Resepi Salad Campur

Bahan-Bahan :
250 gram atau 10 buah chicken nugget
1 buah wortel, potong menyerupai korek api, rebus
5 buah buncis, potong 3 cm, rebus
1 buah lotus, disobek-sobek kasar
1 buah apel hijau, potong kotak
minyak untuk menggoreng

Dressing :
10 sendok makan saus mayonais
1 sendok makan saus cabai
1 sendok teh peterseli, cincang halus

Cara Mengolah :
Membuat Dressing:
1. Campur semua bahan dressing, aduk rata.

Membuat salad campur :
1. Goreng chicken nugget, angkat lalu dinginkan.
2. Tata sayuran dan buah dalam wadah lalu siramkan dressing saat akan disajikan.
